Making Maine Sugarworks Maple Syrup

In autumn, the sugarbush glows with fiery color...

stacked to feed the

remaining sediment, leaving the
syrup crystal clear. Before filling
the glass containers, syrup is
heated to 190°
in our bottling unit. Once
bottled,

be waxed, then tags and labels
need to be applied. This is a
whole family production.
